SHIPPING POLICY

This website is operated by Adhesive Guru. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Adhesive Guru. Adhesive Guru offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. Please note that by placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

We strive to deliver all orders as promptly as possible. For retail sales, the processing time is 2 business days from the order date. For wholesale sales, once your application is approved, we will provide you with a lead time.

Products will only be shipped within the continental USA. In rare cases, certain hazardous materials, such as heavy solvents, may have shipping limitations.

For retail sales, free shipping is provided on orders totaling $100 or more. For wholesale sales, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon approval of your wholesale application, we will provide you with a door-to-door price, including the shipping fee.

You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

All prices are listed in US dollars.

If you have any specific concerns or requirements regarding your order, please indicate them in the comments box in the shopping cart before checkout.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All orders must be exchanged or refunded via customer service info@adhesiveguru.com

You may return stock items within 14 days as long as they are returned in their original packaging.

We will not accept returns or exchanges on our products after the 14-day grace period has elapsed.

If the product package is opened or used, the product return is not acceptable.

If you receive damaged or defective items upon delivery, let us know immediately to find the best solution for the case.

We reserve the right to inspect and make a final inspection of all returned merchandise. If our inspection determines that the product is defective, a 15% restocking charge will be applied to all products returned to our stock.

We will not cover any shipping charges unless the return results from a mis-shipment (shipping the wrong product).

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the purchase time. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or alternate method of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping and returns to customers who abuse the free returns and refunds policy.
