Refund policy

• You may return stock items within 14 days as long as they are returned in their original packaging.
• We will not accept returns or exchanges on our products after the 14-day grace period has elapsed.
• If the product package is opened or used, the product return is not acceptable.
• If you receive damaged or defective items at delivery, let us know right away to work out the best solution for the case.
• We reserve the right to inspect and make a final inspection of all returned merchandise. If our inspection determines that the product is defective, a 15% restocking charge is applied to all products returned to our stock.
• We will not cover any shipping charges unless return results from mis-shipment (shipping the wrong product).
• The refund will be issued to the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
• We cannot issue a refund to a different card or alternate method of payment.
